Return Policy
As this is our closing and clearance sale, please notify us at flexahawaii@gmail.com within 2 weeks of order pick up to arrange any returns. All items must be in new and unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns will not be accepted after 2 weeks from the pick up date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 weeks if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report any damage or order issues, you can contact us at flexahawaii@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
